Christina Atkinson is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with proven success in partnering with leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and corporate strategies. With deep expertise across corporate and non-profit sectors, Christina’s mission is to ensure everyone has a great day at work.
Christina is a Certified HR Leader (CHRL) and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Brock University, an HR Management designation from Niagara College, and is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Christina is also an active member of both the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), staying engaged with the latest trends, best practices, and thought leadership in the HR field. Her combined academic credentials, professional certifications, and ongoing involvement in leading HR associations underscore her commitment to excellence and continuous development in human resources and executive coaching.
Michelle DeLuca bio:
Michelle has 23 years of experience working in Human Resources in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and more recently as an HR Generalist. She has completed the Workplace Investigations Certificate Program through Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. Michelle is an active member of the Niagara chapter of the HRPA, as well as the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in the US. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Business, as well as a Bachelor of Education, specializing in adult education.
