    Jennifer Threndyle : Legislative update WSIB/MOL and upcoming changes

    Jennifer Threndyle: B.Comm. – Major HR Management, B.Ed.-Adult Ed., MBA, CDMP

    For over fifteen years, Jennifer worked with persons with disabilities and employers in employment programing and return to work services.  Jennifer’s case load was comprised primarily of clients and workers with mental health disorders.  Jennifer has been employed with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services for the past seven years.  During this time she has helped employers comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, WSIB – Return to Work and Ontario Human Rights Code – Duty to Accommodate and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
