Sandi is a successful Strategic Consultant and Executive Coach who runs her own leadership practice,
SOUNDLEADERSHIP Inc. www.soundleadership.ca.
She held the position of CEO and Country Manager for a $600M Canadian subsidiary, of a worldwide
fortune 500 organization for over fourteen years, where Sandi consistently met and exceeded financial
objectives throughout various economic business cycles. Her proven ‘C’ level Executive experience is what
differentiates her practice from others. She knows what its like to sit in the Executive chair and sustain an
organization for long term success.
Over the last two-year period Sandi has cemented her reputation as an International Executive Coach with
experience working one on one with over 100+ leaders. She created and hosts the ‘SOUNDLEADERSHIP
Circle’ where ‘Leaders Inspire Leaders’ – an international group of like-minded executives committed to
developing their leadership practice. She also facilitates workshops and consults with organizations to
support achieving their strategic initiatives. Her passion for leadership and organizational development is
what drives her, and she has been recognized as one of Canada’s TOP 100 Award Winners by the Women’s
Executive Network and successfully guided her organization to rank in Canada’s Great Place to Work top
50 list for multinational companies in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
Sandi holds a B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University, is Birkman Certified and holds a Certificate in Coaching
from Schulich School of Business. As a committed life long learner, she has completed Executive
Development programs at Insead, Hyper Island, Harvard University and the Ivey School of Business. She is
an active Gold member of YPO and a member in good standing with the International Coaching
Federation.
