Workplace Safety and Prevention Services with Kristin Hoffman
This session will raise awareness and improve understanding of mental health in the workplace, including the 13+ factors that contribute positively or negatively to mental health, strategies to support mental health and resources.
As a Consultant with Workplace Safety and Prevention Services, Kristin assists firms with the development and maintenance of effective health and safety programs. Her years of experience involves hazard identification, assessment and control activities and training. Kristin supports firms through collaborative and innovative solutions. Her role supports her passion for agriculture and occupational health and safety. Kristin achieved her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at Brock University, studied Occupational Health and Safety at Ryerson University and received her designation as a Registered Kinesiologist.
